Common questions
Who can join the field test?
Adults 18 or older with an iPhone, invited through our TestFlight link.
When will my rating show up?
Within about a week, mixed into the program's totals. It can take longer when the app waits for other ratings like yours. A program page shows totals only once the program has at least 10 ratings, so a page may show nothing yet. Your rating never appears as yours.
How do I change or delete a rating?
Use the app on the phone you rated from. A change or a delete takes about a week to show. If you deleted the app or lost your phone, we can't change or delete the rating for you, because we never knew which one was yours.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, tap Me, then Delete account. Or email [email protected] from the email address on your account. We finish within 30 days. Your ratings stay as anonymous content, so delete them first if you want them gone.
Why does the app ask for my name and birth year?
To make a one-way code that stops one person from rating the same program twice. We store the code, never your name or birth year.
Can you tell me who wrote a rating?
No. We don't know, and we can't find out.
What does self-reported mean?
During the test we don't check that raters played where they say. Every rating in the test is labeled self-reported.
What happens if the test is reset?
A reset erases ratings, accounts and everything else from the test. It doesn't expose anything. We will try to warn you in the app first.
I coach or work for a program. What can I do?
You can read, but you can't rate. To ask us to review content, follow the steps in our Terms of Use.
I found a bug or a security problem.
Tell us at [email protected]. Please don't test a security problem on anyone else's account.
More detail is in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
